Giving Back
As a non-profit parent run organization, we get the privilege of giving back to our school and the student athletes. We pride ourselves in working hard to raise funds for senior scholarships and to purchase equipment, extra uniforms, and technology to better serve our coaches, teams, and the athletic department.
We have done this by hosting the largest indoor craft show in the Midwest every fall, implementing community fundraising events, establishing virtual challenge events, and selling concessions at our home events. None of this can be accomplished without the help of parent and student volunteers, and for that we are grateful.
2023 - 2024

We were able to give back over $127,000 to the Sandburg Athletics Community with Concession Stand Revenue, Coaches Wishlist items, and Senior Scholarships.
We presented a check to our athletic department for over $60,000 to fulfill our coaches wish list for the year.

We were able to give back over $32,000 to the Sandburg Athletics Community with an Athletic Department Wishlist item and Senior Scholarships.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our resources were limited, but we were able to purchase a much needed interactive digital scoreboard for our Eagle Gym.

Since registering as a Non-Profit Organization in 1993, The Athletic Booster Club has donated over $1,000,000 back to The Sandburg Athletic Programs and Students.
Through tireless fundraising efforts, we've been able to provide crucial support, ensuring that our student-athletes have access to top-notch equipment and cutting-edge technology that goes beyond the D230 athletic budget, in addition to awarding Senior Scholarships every Spring. This substantial contribution reflects our commitment to nurturing excellence in our sports programs and empowering our athletes to reach new heights.
