At this week’s meeting we said a sad goodbye to all of our graduating seniors and gave a warm welcome to all of our new members starting their positions. The 21 of us represent the student-athletes from 1,292 high schools in Illinois.

Along with getting to know all the new members, we discussed our biennial leadership conference. I am super excited to announce we will be creating new content for next year’s in-person event. We have started developing the different break out rooms and working on the topics and discussion points that are important to the curriculum. I cannot wait to see our progress as we continue to work together and share our different leadership perspectives.
